A large air pit has been dug and they are waiting on the location to dry before digging the fluid pit. The entrance off state route 314 is rocked and a 12 plastic ditch culvert installed.

Kilbarger #1 going in hole to ream. 8:15 p.m. going back in hole with surface casing. 9:00 p.m. hit bridge again at 110. Pull out of hole and go in without casing shoe. Hit bridge at 110, unable to get through. 10:30 p.m. decision made by Tom Roberts to pull conductor and drill deeper to set conductor deeper. Permit shows 121 of drift.

Ran 150 conductor, not cemented. 10:00 a.m. run back in hole with 12.25 bit to clean out hole to 659 and circulate clean.. 3:00 p.m. Os power tongs rig up and start running 9.625 with guide shoe on bottom, ran 591 set at 601. 4:15 Formation cementing hooking up. Formation gained circulation by pumping 59 barrels gel and lost circulation material (cottonseed hulls) ahead of 210 sacks class A displaced by 45.3 barrels. Plug down 5:15 p.m. Good cement circulation at surface which held.

1341698763 2012-07-07 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Kilbarger #1 reached total depth at 3950 in the Trempealeau on 8.6 pound KCL fluid. Appalachian well surveys logged well. Decision made to plug well. Formation cementing on location 5:00 p.m. Kilbarger on bottom with drill pipe (open ended) 7:30 p.m. break circulation, start first plug. When pulling out of hole for the surface casing plug realized they lost 7 joints (210) of drill pipe, probably when hitting a bridge inside the 7 at 1930. See plug report for detailed description. Final adjusted plugs: 1) 3713-3363. 2) 1891-1691. 3) 1199-999. 4) 414-190. 5) 125-ground level. Broke circulation before all plugs. Finish plugging well at 1:15 a.m. circulated Class A cement to surface which held. 1342550145 2012-07-17 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The preliminary restoration has begun on the Krabil-Jordon Unit #1 by Miller roustabout. Both the air and fluid pits have been filled and compacted. All drilling debris and trash has been removed. Miller is currently working on replacing the topsoil.
