1141426592 2018-05-07 Production Wells Violations Noted The inspection is conducted under clear and dry conditions. The purpose of the inspection due to a complaint number 5835. The inspection was conducted as a Compliance Notice follow-up to number -
1548612215 2018-05-03 Production Wells No Violations The inspection is due to a compliance notice follow up to number -281463851. I found the well that was a gas plunger lift and had a plastic tank wedged between some trees. The trees were grown around the well. I left a card at the house of the property owner. I took some pictures of the site.

I talked to Lori Johnson on the well issues on 6-11--gallon plastic tank has been extracted out and some residual oil is left in the tank. The tank has been moved approximately 15 feet away from the well.
