0154775744	2015-07-06	Production Wells	No Violations	Doug Bennett and I inspected a producing well by means of a pumping unit. There was 8.625x4.5well head and 4.5x2.875tubing head. There was 1.5tubing inside that could be setting with a packer. There is a 100 barrel steel tank and a 30 barrel plastic tank that are diked and identified. Due to the terrain the tanks do set closer then 50 to the well. The production records are current with the State.

0978867779	2015-07-06	Production Wells	No Violations	On the day of my inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Pat Shreve, I witnessed the production equipment included a 100bbl tank and a 30bbl polymer brine tank all within a dike, a vertical separator, domestic gas service, a 2 inch sales meter with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 2.875 inch tubing, 1.5 inch tubing, rods and a pumping unit powered by natural gas with valves in the open position. Identification was present and production records were current.
