There is an identification. The well is piped to a shared steel tank of 210 barrels capacity down by road. Electric is not capable there for well is not capable.
1394197034 2014-03-06 Production Wells No Violations Rig is over well and 1.5tubing and rods have been pulled to evaluate well. The well is shut in with large valve on 4.5casing. There is an identification posted at well. No power supply and the lines are on ground. I took pictures of well and the shared tanks. The tanks need diked up and the 80 barrel needs moved 36away from the 100 barrel tank. There is a chart meter but the line is shut in.
1396083400 2014-03-26 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Banc Equity had company rig on location and well was plugged complete. Cemenco was the cement contractor. The company ran 1.5tubing to depth of 1450 and set bottom plug at 1450-1050. Cemenco ran 30 sacks of regular class A cement. Company pulled all tubing out and ripped pipe at 450. There was a hole at 500. The rig pulled swab cups thru this area and was pulling bits of shale and sand thru the hole. The decision was made by the State to rip above the hole due to the possibility of locking tools down hole. 4.5casing was ripped at 440. Then the company rig pulled 1 joint of range 1 and set plug from 420-0. The plug circulated cement to surface. The rig pulled all 4.5casing out and Cemenco topped off.

1660879487 2013-01-09 Administrative Inspection No Violations On day of phone call conversation with Tom Fischietto of Banc Equity he stated that they would be placing a meter on the hill for the 3 wells on Wilson farm. I told Tom that the electric lines are on ground and the panels are not hooked up at all. This was a landowner complaint and need resolved. I will meet pumper on 1-11-13 and go over compliance measures.

Tom will also apply for plugging permit. If well does not test they will go ahead and plug well.
2072802742 2013-01-11 Production Wells No Violations I met with Tracey Lindamood on well to work a schedule on getting well in compliance. He stated that with in two weeks weather permitting they should have a new meter installed for the three Wilson wells. Electric will be reinstalled.
