| 0237200940 | 2016-07-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection following up on a gas leak complaint, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing, rods, a Churchill pumping unit powered by electricity with power in the off position and domestic gas service with all valves were in the open position. The production equipment included 2-100bbl tanks, a vertical separator and a drip all within an earthen dike. A 1 feet by 3 feet area of contamination was present near the dump line riser pipe on the east tank. Identification was present but with the incorrect owner and the production records were current. |
