1943499761 2018-09-13 Temporary Abandoned Annular Disposal No Violations The inspection is conducted under a Temporary Abandoned Annular Disposal well status check. The annular disposal is not hooked up. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, electric motor. The two tubing valves is closed and of the two casing valves is open for domestic use. The tank site consists of [1]100- barrel steel tank. The tank will need moved away from the well. I called Jeff Gress and he would have tank moved within a few weeks.
