1394412528	2014-02-24	Production Wells	Violations Noted	Well is owned by Wendle Dreves and he is accompaning me on an inspection. The well is equipped with a pumping unit and 8.625casing and 4.5casing and 2.375tubing. Well is shut in but capable. Well is used for domestic gas. I stated that being under the producing status there will have to be numbers filed with the State of Ohio for production. There is no identification at well head or at tanks. There are 2-210 and 1-100 barrel steel tanks at tank site. There is a dike for fluid spill management. Wendle will place id at wells and tanks and hook up a rotary meter with a 6 month period based on the Verbal Compliance Notice issued by Patrick Shreve on 2-24-14.
