2013-01-14 H2O 0 1140 Bbl 10000 Universal Well Services Inc. Preesure tested lines and broke well down at 475 psi. Then established a rate of 15 barrel per minute or (BPM). The 20/40 sand was added at a rate of .5 lbs per gallon. Slick was added and rate was increased to 20 BPM. Then the flush was started to remove sand from well bore and shove back in the fractures. Pump and shut down. Shut in pressure was at 515 psi.
