The valve supplying the domestic gas line was in the open position. There was a 4.5 inch to 2-inch diameter swage nipple with a 2-inch diameter valve on top of the casing with a 2-inch diameter bull plug with a gauge. The gauge read 250 pounds per square inch at the time of my inspection. Identification was present and production was reported for 2018. |
