1275355807 | 2019-03-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 7-inch diameter surface casing, with a 7-inch to 4.5-inch diameter swage nipple that was attached to a 4.5-inch to 2-inch diameter swage nipple that had a 2-inch diameter ball valve that was in the closed position. At the time of my inspection there were no commercial production lines attached to the well and the well appeared to be idle. Identification was not posted on the well and production has never been reported for this well. Photographs were taken to assist with the inspection and GPS coordinates were updated in RBDMS. |
