0737440890 2019-05-07 Production Wells Violations Noted The purpose of my inspection was to follow up on a complaint by the landowner David Coyle concerning non production and odor. On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 1.5-inch diameter tubing utilizing a plunger lift system as means of production. There was a domestic gas hookup off 4.5-inch diameter casing utilizing a drip, little joe regulator, and methanol bottle. Production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank enclosed within earthen containment, vertical separator, and 2-inch diameter meter run with chart recorder outside of containment, there was no chart in the recorder at the time of my inspection. The landowner David Coyle informed me that they have not been getting domestic gas off the well and the well has not produced commercially for a couple of years. David also informed me that he had been in contact with Poorboy Exploration LLC and that they had treated the well with Sulfa Clear in February of 2019. At the time of my inspection all valves were closed, there was incorrect identification on the production tank and Poorboy Exploration had reported gas sales for 2017. Photographs were taken to assist with production. I spoke with David Bonar with Poorboy Explorations and he informed me that they intend to bring the well back into produciton, and he would have his lease operator update the identification.
