During my inspection the well was equipped 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, a 4.5 inch to 2 inch diameter swage nipple, a 2 inch diameter valve in the closed position, and a 2 inch diameter plug on the valve. No production lines were attached to the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel tank, one concrete brine vault, and one vertical separator. No identification was found. Production has not been reported since the year 1994 when Alsid Oil and Gas reported oil production. Vanguard Oil & Gas Limited Liability Company has reported zeros for production for consecutive years from the year 2011 to the year 2016. |
