0724274201 | 2019-01-23 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a 4.5 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter swage, there was a 2 inch diameter tee attached to the swage, the top of the tee had a reducing plug from 2 inch diameter to .25 inch diameter with a .25 inch diameter nipple, and valve that had a gauge in it. At the time of my inspection the gauge read 260 pounds per square inch. The side of the 2-inch diameter tee appeared to be providing domestic gas through a 1-inch diameter line and little Joe Regulator. There was a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank near the well that was no longer in use and had a small structure on top of it. There was no Identification and production has not been reported since 1991. I will contact the land owner and relay my concerns with the structure on top of the 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank and inform him that the well needs to be properly identified. |
