1123015266 | 2008-11-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | Received complaint from local hunter of gas leaking from plastic line off of Kinnen rd upon inspecting/locating line traced it back to separator, called company and rquested they send out well tender to repair faulty gas line. |
1168456279 | 2013-02-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 4.5 casing, 2.375 tubing, rods, and a pump jack. A meter and a separator are also on location. The tank battery consists of one 210 bbl tank located in a dike and having proper identification. |
1192270311 | 2019-03-21 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 2.375-inch diameter tubing with rods, a Churchill pumping unit, and an electric motor. There was a vertical separator near the well and a flow line running from both the tubing and casing, it appeared that the tubing was running through the bypass line and directly to the production fluid storage tank, the casing was running into the separator and then through a drip and 2-inch diameter sales line. There was a 210-barrel steel production fluid storage tank that was enclosed within earthen containment. Identification was present on the production fluid storage tank, and production was reported for 2017. |
1223715703 | 2018-02-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 210 barrel tank, one drip, and one vertical separator. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The production records were current and identification was located on the 210 barrel tank. |
