0580437195 | 2017-10-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The production valves were in the open position. A domestic gas line with an open valve was attached to the 4.5 inch diameter production casing. A wooden box was located besides the well, serving as housing for the domestic regulator and meter. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one vertical separator, one drip, one sales meter. The sales meter consisted of a 2 inch diameter sales line, a .125 inch orifice plate, and a chart recorder with a current chart. All production equipment was located with an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current with Stonebridge Operating Company turning in natural gas production. |
1130487285 | 2019-03-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank, vertical separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run with chart recorder and current chart all enclosed within earthen containment, at the time of my inspection the containment did not appear to be capable of containing fluid. The well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 1.5-inch diameter tubing utilizing a plunger lift system as means of production. At the time of my inspection all production valves at the well head were closed. It appeared that there was a domestic gas hookup off the 4.5-inch diameter casing with valves in the open position, supplied through a Big Joe and Little Joe regulator. Identification was present on the production equipment and production was reported for 2017. |
1645749499 | 2012-11-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 4.5 casing and 1.5 tubing with a plunger lift system. There also appears to be a domestic gas tap at the well head. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl tank, a meter, and a separator. The dike is not large enough and the identification is not proper. I called John Schneider and told him of the issues, he stated that they would try to fix them when a crew was in the area. |
