0625369238 2012-05-29 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of the well head found he following 4.5 production casing -2.375 tubing with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit. A single 100 barrel tank -separator and domestic meter are present in dike with proper well identification. Inspector will note dike will need further evaluation before passing SPCC rules.
0629515259 2016-06-14 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds that identification has been posted, resolving the previous violation.
0669319167 2016-06-02 Production Wells Violations Noted My inspection today finds the well is equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery is equipped with one 100 barrel tank and a separator. A domestic gas meter is located at the separator with the valves open. The identification is not accurate. I called John Schneider, production superintendent, for Stonebridge Operating. I informed Mr. Schneider of the violation and gave the company 14 days to fix the issue.
1099957442 2017-08-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered by an electric motor. Gauge present on the production line of the tubing reads 20 pounds per square inch. The production valves on the tubing and casing were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, two drips, and one vertical separator. Coming off of the vertical separator was a master meter, Little Joe Regulator, and a domestic gas line attached with an open valve. All production equipment was within an earthen dike with identification posted on the 100 barrel tank.
1421715038 2016-06-09 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the company has painted an area 2 by 2 in preparation for placing new identification stickers on the tank.
