0000PL7599 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0144815052 2018-02-01 Temporary Abandoned Annular Disposal No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a temporarily abandoned annular disposal well. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1. 5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. This well was not disposing brine through the annular disposal method. There was not an annular disposal connection plumbed up to the annulus. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one drip, one horizontal separator, and one sales meter. The sales meter had a 2 inch diameter sales line, orifice plate, and chart recorder with current chart. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.
0314546028 2012-06-07 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of the well head found the following equipment-4.5 production casing -1.5 tubing with the production valves open and the well set up to be produced by the means of a plunger lift system. A 100 barrel tank -separator and gas meter with a current chart is present in an established dike with proper well identification.
