All production valves are closed at the well. The tank battery consists of one 100 bbl tank, one 50 bbl tank, and a production unit. There is no meter present. No production has been reported since 1999. PLUG OR PRODUCE THE WELL. Failure to do so may lead to forfeiture of bond.

The meter has a current chart and is marking in a manner that is consistent with a producing well. The company reported zero production for 2013. I spoke to Jordan Jones with G-R contracting, he stated that the well has been in production for sometime and he believed the production number filed was incorrect. Mr. Jones stated that he would have production report reviewed and revised if necessary.
