The 2.875 inch diameter intermediate casing and the 1.5 inch diameter production tubing had valves in the closed position and were plumbed into the same production line with a closed valve. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 50 barrel tank, one horizontal separator, and chart meter with no chart present. From consecutive years 2006 to 2016 Bancequity Petroleum Corporation submitted records of zero production. Pictures were taken to assist this inspection. |
