0214790750 2017-08-31 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1. 5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 1100 gallon tank, one drip, one vertical separator, and one chart meter. Attached to the vertical separator was a domestic gas line with a drip, regulator, meter, and gauge reading 11 pounds per square inch. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the meter and the production records were current.
