1103496163 | 2017-10-25 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The production valves were in the open position. A domestic gas line with an open valve was attached to the 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 50 barrel tank, one vertical separator, one natural gas compressor, and a sales meter with a 2 inch diameter line, .375 inch orifice, and a chart recorder with current chart. All production equipment was within an earthen dike, the identification was located on the 100 barrel tank, and the production records were current. |
