During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 1. 5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 50 barrel tank, one drip, one horizontal separator, and one chart meter. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.
