During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered with an electric motor. All valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 30 barrel poly tank, one drip, one vertical separator, and one chart meter. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank, the production records are current, and there were no violations present.
