During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter production with a tubing head, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods and a pumping unit. The production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 1550 gallon poly tank, one separator, and a meter run with a 2 inch diameter sales line, .375 inch orifice plate, and chart recorder with current chart. All production equipment was within an earthen dike and the identification was located on the 100 barrel tank.

1158895537 2018-10-29 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid tank, a 37-barrel plastic brine tank, vertical separator, drip, and 2-inch diameter meter run with a .375-inch diameter orifice all contained within an earthen dike. There was also a 1-inch diameter line ran from the drip that was supplying a tank heater. The well was equipped with an 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 2.375-inch diameter tubing with rods and an Churchill Pumping unit with an electric motor. There was a domestic gas line running off the well head through a little Joe Regulator, all valves were open at the time of my inspection. There was proper identification on the well and production was reported for 2017.

During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The production valves were in the open position. A gauge on the production line reads 300 pounds per square inch. A domestic gas line with an open valve was attached to the 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one vertical separator, and a sales meter with a 2 inch diameter line, .375 inch orifice, and a chart recorder with current chart. All production equipment was within an earthen dike, the identification was located on the 100 barrel tank, and the production records were current.
