0457033076 | 2019-01-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place on the 9.625-inch diameter deep intermediate casing and pressure was at 235 pounds per square inch. The 13.375-inch diameter casing was stubbed up to surface with a 2-inch diameter valve that was cracked at the time of my inspection. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 6- 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and a combustor that was shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks, and the Gas Processing Units. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. There was a Mark West midstream valve site near located on the northwest corner of the pad. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. |
0975179392 | 2017-01-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of inspection accompanied by ODNR Senior Health Physicist Paul Carder, The well was equipped with a production tree with valves in the open position and a gauge present read 305 pounds per square inch on the casing. Production equipment included a sand trap, a line heater and a GP Unit with a 4 inch sales meter with a 1.5 inch orifice and chart recorder. Also present a vapor tower and 6-400 barrel tanks all within containment and a gas combustor all shared with the Noble Unit 1H and Guernsey Unit 2H. A fenced in water impoundment with life preservers is located south west of the well pad. |
1212888866 | 2014-03-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well appears to capable of production. The tank battery consists of eighteen 400 bbl tanks. Identification is posted in accordance with 1501.9-9-05(A)10. The lease road is in good repair. Production records are current. |
1407440118 | 2017-03-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of three gas production units, six 400 barrel tanks, and one combustor. Identification was present and production records were current. Antero Resources was on location preforming maintenance on a gas production unit. |
