1352350665 2012-11-08 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection finds that G & L drilling ran 1105 of 17 pound 7 casing for the surface string. Formation Cementing is on site to cement the pipe to surface. Good cement to surface, 12 bbl of returns. The cement stayed at surface.
1373642714 2013-07-12 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 4.5 casing, 2.375 EUE tubing, rods, and a pump jack. The production valves are open. The tank battery consists of two 100 bbl tanks, a 1500 gallon plastic tank, a separator, and a meter. All drilling equipment has been removed and vegetation has been established. The dike and identification are proper.
1471165479 2018-01-24 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing with a casing head, 4.5 inch diameter production casing with a tubing head, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. Production valves were in the open position. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel tanks, one drip, one vertical separator, and one sales meter. The sales meter had a 2 inch diameter sales line, orifice plate, and chart recorder with current chart. All equipment was within an earthen dike. The identification was located on the 100 barrel tank and the production records were current.
