Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1244788505 2013-06-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was asked by Antero employee Sam Meyers to review the site to see if the vegetation was substantial enough to remove the super silt fence. All but a portion of the location can have the fence removed.
1296434153 2013-01-03 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations My inspection today finds that work on the location is proceeding. The location has been built and is currently awaiting stone. There were a couple of silt fence sections that have fallen down, I will ask the company to repair those.
1533817967 2018-08-08 Not Drilled No Violations On location today meeting with ODNR Engineering Section and Antero Resources to discuss pad restoration. The drilling permit expired 11/23/14 and Antero has decided not to spud the well and to partially restore the pad. The fresh water impoundment located on the East side of the pad will be drained, the liner will be pulled, and the ground restored. The cut slope that has slipped 1.5 feet will be fixed. ODNR Engineering section will oversee the restoration process and Antero hopes to utilize a landowner waiver to leave the pad at existing grade.
