0141622908 2018-06-12 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. A gauge was present on the production tubing reading 170 pounds per square inch, 350 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 0 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing, and 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing. The production equipment consisted of eight 400 barrel tanks, five gas production units, two combustors, and a Triethylene Glycol Dehydration Unit. The Triethylene Glycol Dehydration Unit had an inlet separator, a Glycol contact tower, a horizontal scrubber, and a reboiler. The identification was located at the wellhead.

The pipeline tie in is located on the north side of the pad. The production records are current, the identification is located at the wellhead and gas production unit, and there are no violations present.

The tank battery is comprised of eight 400 barrel tanks set in a liquid tight plastic lined steel containment. A separate containment area holds five production units. The production equipment is shared with four other wells on the pad.
1257872515 2018-11-01 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.375-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing had 270 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing had 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 8 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and 2 combustors that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was midstream equipment on the Northern Corner of the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
1382651942 2013-10-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site to witness cementing of 13.375 casing rig crew ran 1907 of casing and Allied Cementing cemented it in place with 1602 sacks of Class A cement and it stayed up good and they had 90 bbl returns.
