0028790427 2017-03-15 Production Wells No Violations The pad name is JR Byler and it consists of 7 wells. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Gauges present read 340 pounds per square inch on the casing and 160 pounds per square inch on the tubing. Annular pressure monitoring was present. The production equipment consisted of seven gas production units, twelve 400 barrel tanks, three compressors, and two combustors. Identification was present and production records were current.
0173487183 2017-10-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. The pad name is JR Byler and it consists of 7 wells. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead. Production valves were in the open position. Gauges present on the annulus read 0 pounds per square inch. The gauge on the production casing read 250 pounds per square inch and the gauge on the production tubing read 170 pounds per square foot. The production equipment consisted of twelve 400 barrel tanks within steel line containment and seven gas production units. A vapor recovery system to capture tank vapors consisted of one compressor and two combustors. The pipeline tie in was located on the North side of the pad. Pipeline contractors were in the process of launching a pig during inspection. A dust suppressant had been recently applied to the lease road. The identification was located at the wellhead and the production records were current.
0276769858 2015-10-20 Production Wells No Violations My inspection today finds the well is equipped in a manner consistent with being capable of production. The tank battery is comprised of twelve 400 barrel tanks set in a liquid tight steel dike with a spray on liner.
0426803163 2014-07-13 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The said well was spudded on 07/12/2014 by Express Energys top hole rig with 100 of 32 diameter conductor borehole being drilled with freshwater being picked up while drilling at 32. Express Energy cement services cement the .375 wall x 26 x 86 conductor pipe on 07/13/14 using 100 sacks of class A 2% calcium .50 pps flake using 100% calculated open hole excess of cement and 55.74 barrels of fresh water displacement and 25 barrels of good cement returns to surface.
0603497415 2015-07-29 Preliminary Restoration No Violations My inspection today finds the well pad meets the preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072(A). The proper identification is posted at the wellhead. Solid Oak is providing initial turn on production services. The tank battery is comprised of twelve 400 barrel tanks set in a liquid tight steel dike with a spray on liner.
0798580069 2018-11-27 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing and 2.875-inch diameter tubing equipped with a plunger lift system. At the time of my inspection annular pressure monitoring was in place, and the 13.375-inch diameter casing had 0 pounds per square inch, the 9.625-inch diameter casing had 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Gas Processing Unit, as well as 12- 400-barrel steel production fluid tanks, and 2 combustors that were shared with the other producing wells on the pad. There was secondary containment around the production fluid tanks, and the Gas Processing Units. There was a midstream valve site on the northwest side of the pad. The well pad was contained within an earthen dike, there were multiple Emergency Shutoff Devices on location. Identification tags were present, and production was up to date.
1412732028 2014-10-07 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am onsite to witness the surface casing cementing operations. The drilling rig, Patterson 316, drilled 374 of 24 hole. The rig crew then ran 374 of 18.625 casing. Allied Oil and Gas Services cemented the casing in place with 734 sacks of class A cement.
