0984756626 | 2017-08-14 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | The pad was named Dale Yoder. The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a conductor. No other boreholes or casing strings have been completed. There were not any erosion issues on the pad or on the outside slopes. Antero has an active drilling permit that expires in 2019. |
1096395582 | 2016-06-23 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well pad is stable and the out slopes well vegetated. No activity has been undertaken on the well pad since drilling the conductor. Access to the cellar and the conductor is restricted by pipe gates. Identification is placed on the gates. |
1624717797 | 2019-02-27 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to follow up on a preliminary restoration that showed up on the activity list. On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well had the 30-inch diameter conductor had been set and no other strings had been set since 2014. At the time of my inspection it appeared that there had been some construction performed on the southern end of the pad. Vegetation had not been re- established. I also witnessed erosion problems on the western edge of the pad where the pad drains were discharging, it appeared that remediation had been attempted I will contact Andy Thomas Engineering Technician with ODNR and inform him of the problems that I witnessed. |
2146177111 | 2015-09-30 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well site meets the preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072(A). |
