They spoke with County Inspector Eric Conrad and he says they will file for plugging application soon and plug the well. I am taking this well out of the Orphan Well Program. Also an inspection under #62571.

0711200128 2015-03-20 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I am onsite to witness plugging operations. Appalachian Wireline ran a bond log to detect voids on the backside of the 2 tubing. Two voids were noted and two shots used at each void to allow cement to fill the backside when plugging commences.

1427981424 2015-04-01 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I am onsite to witness the plugging operations. FMS Drilling ran one inch tubing in the well and tagged the plug at 373. The tubing was pulled up two feet and Cemenco pumped 20 sacks of class A cement until good cement was returned to surface. I instructed the plugging contractor to cut the casing off thirty inches below ground level and reclaim the site in accordance with 1509.072B
