0127143977 2017-08-07 Production Wells No Violations I was on location today to do a field inspection on this well. The well appears to be capable of production at this time. The well has a pumping unit on it with rods and 1.5 inch diameter tubing in it. The identification is located on the production tank. There is 2-100 barrel storage tanks for this well. There are no violations at this time.
0546070190 2015-09-16 Production Wells Violations Noted During the inspection of this well I found one of the production tanks is starting to leak a little. The tank will need to be replaced or removed from the location. At the well there is a gas leak coming off of the well. The gas can not vent at the wellhead. It has to be flared or have a pop off valve on it. Also when producing more then one well into the same production tank the Identification is required to be on well and the tank. The identification has to have the following. OWNER, LEASE NAME, WELL NUMBER, PERMIT NUMBER, TOWNSHIP, COUNTY AND EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER.

1737592924 2015-09-28 Production Wells No Violations I returned to this well to do a follow-up inspection on it. The violations have been resolved and the well is now in-compliance. There are no violations at this time.
1877850468 2014-01-28 Production Wells Violations Noted During my inspection on this well I found the well to appear to be not in production. The well still has a pumping unit on the well. The valves are open at the well but the pumping unit does not look as if it has been operated in years. I checked the production reports and no production has been reported since 2005. Plugging shall be required within 180days. There is also no identification for this well. The ID has to be either at the well or at the tank pad. The ID must have the Owner, lease name, well number, permit number, township, county and emergency contact number.
1940641675 2014-02-20 Production Wells No Violations This is a follow-up inspection for the identification for the well and to put the well back in production. The identification has been fixed and the well appears to be in production. I talked with the owner and he told me the well is being used.
