1399553058 2019-04-09 Production Wells No Violations I was on location today to do a field inspection on this well. At this time the well appears to be capable of production. The well has a pumping unit on it with rods and 2 inch diameter tubing in it. There is 1-100 barrel storage tank for the production. The identification for the well is located at the tank pad. There are no violations at this time.
1757416175 2019-04-15 Production Wells No Violations I was on location today to do a field inspection on this well. The pumping unit was in operation during my inspection but the bridal on the pumping units head had broke and was no longer attached to the polish rod. I contacted Benny Altier to let him know and turned the power to off on the eletric box so the pumping unit would stop. Benny said he would pick u a new bridal and get it fixed.
1830182566 2018-01-26 Production Wells No Violations I was on location today to do a field inspection on this well. At this time the well appears to be capable of production. The well has a pumping unit on it with rods and 2 inch diameter tubing in it. There is 1-100 barrel storage tank for the production. The identification for the well is located at the tank pad. There are no violations at this time.
1941390442 2016-03-07 Production Wells No Violations I returned to this well to do a field inspection on it to see if it was leaking any gas around the well. The production lines are hooked up to the well and are in operation. There is a flare coming off of the well to burn off exes gas. The flare was not lit during my inspection. I contacted Benny Altier and he said he would get it taken care of. There was no heavy gas smell around the well. There are no violations to report.
2143733901 2016-02-03 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well along with the Emergency Response Supervisor Scott King to see if this well was leaking in anyway due to the gas leak that evacuated Crooksville in Perry County. The well was all tied in to the production lines. There was no gas leaking at the well or around the well. There were no violations to report on this well site.
