0005319758 2016-10-20 Production Wells No Violations I returned to this well to do a follow-up inspection on the well being idle. The well is still idle at this time. The gas line for the house is disconnected from the well. The valves on the well are still shut in. I am not able to reach the owners of the well because the phone number in our system is disconnected. I sent an email to Kathy Smith to see if she has any information on this well. Jimmy Wiles was with me during my inspection for some daily training.
0908107633 2014-01-23 Production Wells Violations Noted During my inspection on this well I found the well is not in use. The valve is shut in at the wellhead. The gas line is not hooked up for the gas to be used. When well becomes incapable of production plugging is required or placed back in production.

Place well in production within 90 days or plug within 180 days.
