During the inspection of this well I found the well is not in production and is incapable of production. The valves are shut at the well and the vegetation has grown over the pumping unit. There are 2-100 barrel storage tanks on location back by the well. There has been no production reported on this well since 1994. The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to (Justin Smith) at (5880 Memory Road Zanesville, Ohio 43701) within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. I haven taken pictures today of my findings for my report. |
