0343401933 | 2018-02-01 | Final Restoration | No Violations | I was on location today to do a final restoration on this well. I was unable to complete it at this time because there is still a separator left on the property. I contacted Bill Mitton and he told me he would be finishing up everything on them soon and would call me to let me know it was done. |
0380311343 | 2017-11-21 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I returned to this well today to witness the plugging of this well. Today the rig crew topped the well off with bagged quickrete to the surface. The cement stayed at the surface and did not settle. The well is now plugged. |

0682853488 | 2013-09-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | This well has a pumping unit on it with rods and tubing in the well. The valves are open to the tank. The identification is at the tank pad. No violations at this time. |
0845616700 | 2017-11-17 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I returned to this well today to witness the plugging of it. The rig crew was able to rip the 4.5 inch casing at 1900 feet. When they were pulling the casing from the well the hole caved in as they pulled the casing from the well. They could not set the lime plug through the 4.5 inch casing because it had a hole in it. They were able to get the tubing back down to set the Berea plug and the bottom of the surface plug. I was not on location at that time because I ran out of hours for the week. Extra cement was set for the Berea plug on this well. |
1244826193 | 2017-11-20 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I returned to this well today to witness the plugging of it. The rig crew worked on retrieving the 8 inch casing first thing. The rig crew was able to get 170 feet of 8 inch from the well. We tried to pump the surface plug to the surface but it kept on falling back down to around 50 feet so we shut down for the day to let the cement set up. |
1323548129 | 2017-11-15 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I was on location today to witness the bottom plug being set on this well. The bottom plug was set through 2-7/8 inch diameter tubing. A 30 sack Class A cement plug was set for the bottom plug and then the 2-7/8 inch tubing was removed from the well so the rig crew could work on retrieving the 4.5 inch casing. |
1563082572 | 2017-11-14 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | Knox Energy has moved their service rig in on this well to plug it. The rig crew has already removed the rods from the well and are now working on getting the rest of the 1.5 inch diameter tubing out of the well and the 2-7/8 inch diameter tubing from the well. They are planning on setting the bottom plug tomorrow. |
1659845612 | 2019-01-31 | Final Restoration | No Violations | I returned to this well today to do the follow-up inspection on it. There is still some production equipment located at the tank pad. I will make a call to the company to see if they will be removing it |
