The original violation was for the well to be plugged. The well consists of a 4.5 inch diameter casing with a 4.5 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter swage. The 2 inch diameter is reduced down to 1 inch diameter with a valve on the inch diameter. The valve was closed and was not connected to any flowline. |
