My inspection found wellhead equipped and operating as an open flow swab well. There is a domestic tap and meter plumbed to the 4.5 production casing port equipped with a regulator and drip bottle. This well produces to a diked tank battery just north of the wellhead and contains a vertical volume bottle and one (1) 100 barrel tank. Gas production is being recorded at a meter shack (MOA) along the lease road and there is a Dominion ROOTS Meter set outside the MOA. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. No violations. |
