| 0137897821 | 2016-09-20 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well drilled under federal lease #OHBLMA066677. My inspection found the well constructed with 2.875 production tubing and equipped and operating with the aid of a natural gas powered pumping unit. The Murphy gauge at the wellhead indicates a pressure of 90psi. The wellhead is fenced and locked and ID is posted on the fencing. The well produces to a diked tank battery containing one (1) 100 barrel tank and a horizontal separator. The battery is fenced, the man door is locked, and the proper ID is posted on the tank. Well production is being metered at a shed 100 east of the tank battery. I found no violations at this time. |
