| 0249014323 | 2016-09-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well drilled under Federal Lease # OHBLMA066678A. My inspection found the wellhead set up to operate as an open-flow well. The wellhead consists of 8.625 surface casing and 2.875 production casing with a gate valve. The wellhead is fenced and locked, and the required ID is posted on the fencing. The well produces to a diked tank battery containing one (1) 210 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and the associated meter run. Production is being recorded on a 31 day chart and the chart indicates a production pressure of 100psi. The battery is fenced and locked, and identification is posted on the tank. I found no violations at this time. |
