1552925278 | 2019-03-18 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well that was plugged and abandoned on 3/14/19 & 3/15/19 by Nicks Well Plugging. My inspection today found the 8-5/8 wellhead above grade and open. I tagged the top of the Glacial plug at five (5) feet below the top of the wellhead. I did not observe anything leaking. This area is being developed for industrial purposes and Petrox is going to cut off the wellhead at a later date. The wellhead fencing is on location and the associated tank battery will need removed within three (3) months. No violations. |

1638075765 | 2018-12-28 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead fenced and unlocked. The wellhead is equipped with 1.5 tubing and operating with the aid of a plunger lift system. This well produces to a diked and fenced tank battery along the lease road and contains one (1) 100 barrel tank, one (1) 30 barrel tank, and two (2) horizontal separators. Only one separator is being used at this time and the chart at the inline separator indicates a differential production pressure between 20psi and 30psi. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. This well was drilled prior to the passage of HB278 and due to its location behind and industrial complex, urban requirements will not be enforced at this time. No violations. |
