My inspection today found the wellhead equipped with 1.5 tubing and operating with the aid of a natural gas-powered pumping unit. A Murphy gauge indicates a pressure of 30psi on the production tubing. This well produces to a diked tank battery to the north and is shared with the Karas #s 1, 2, 5, and 19 (PN#s 20987, 20973, 20986, & 24088). The battery contains one (1) 210 barrel tank (#s 1, 2, 4, & 5), one (1) 100 barrel tank (#19), two (2) dedicated horizontal separators, and a shared concrete brine vault. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and on the 210 barrel tank. I found no violations at this time. |
