This well is equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit and the unit is sitting inside a diked containment area. The area is clean and the fence that I noted was in disrepair on 3/17/14 has been removed. The ID sign needs to be updated as it indicates Range Resources as the owner. All other information is correct. I will speak with Enervest about updating their signage. This well produces to a tank battery 0.1 miles to the southwest and shared with PN#s 22073 & 21891. The tank battery if fenced, locked and properly diked. Some of the top fence rails have come apart and I will ask Enervest to repair these. The tank battery contains 1-210 barrel tank, 1-100 barrel tank, and two (2) horizontal separators. A sight tube on the transfer line at the back of the 210 barrel tank is unsightly, but it is not leaking. I will ask Enervest to clean this off. No violations. |
