The well is equipped with a 4.5 plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel, poly brine tank, and a horizontal and vertical separator. There is a dike and locked, chain link fence around the tank battery. An identification sign is posted. There is a plug on the load line. Approximately 200 from the entrance at Eggleston Road, I observed an area 2 x 3 on the north side of the lease road has washed away exposing two (2), 12 corrugated drainpipes. There is a locked gate at the entrance of the lease road. I called and spoke with Kyle Ahbel, field supervisor for Enervest concerning the lease road. Mr. Ahbel stated the lease road would be repaired. A follow-up inspection will be conducted by 10/02/2015. |
