My inspection found the well equipped with 1.5 tubing and operating with the aid of an electric-powered pumping unit. A Murphy gauge indicated a pressure of 110psi on the tubing flow line and there is a domestic tap on the 4.5 production casing equipped with a line heater. The wellhead and unit are fenced, the man door is locked, and the required ID is posted on the fencing. This well produces to a diked tank battery to the north shared by the Sullivan #1 (PN# 22336) and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, and a concrete brine vault. The ID on the tank properly identifies both wells producing to this battery. I found no violations at this time. |
