| 2130743125 | 2016-11-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check inspection of this Clinton Sandstone well. My inspection found the wellhead equipped and operating with the aid of an electric-powered pumping unit. The wellhead and unit are fenced, the man door is locked, and the required ID is posted on the fencing. A gauge on the tubing flowline indicates a pressure of 55psi and there is a domestic tap on the 4.5 production casing equipped with a drip bottle and domestic meter. A secondary containment dike is built around the wellhead. This well produces to a diked tank battery shared by the Mix T #s 4 and 5 (PN#s 2609 & 2610) and contains one (1) 210 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, and a concrete brine vault. The tank battery is fenced, the man door is locked, and all three (3) well are properly identified. I found no violations at this time. |
