My inspection found the apron and lease road in good condition. The wellhead is fenced and is equipped with a 2 plunger lift system. The well is currently shut-in and gauges indicate 150psi on the 4.5 production casing and the 2.375 tubing. A line heater and domestic meter have been disconnected from the casing. The well produces to a diked tank battery to the west containing one (1) 210 barrel tank, one (1) 100 barrel tank, and two (2) horizontal separators with drips. This well and the Huffman #1 (PN#22718) produce through one separator and the Huffman #3 (PN#22720) produces to the other separator. The tank battery is fenced and locked and the proper IDs are posted at the tank battery and at the wellhead. I found no evidence of annular disposal being used at this time. No violations. |
