My inspection found the well equipped with a 4 x 2 reducer and ball valve, and operating as an open-flow, swab well. This well produces to a diked and fenced tank battery just south of the wellhead and contains one (1) 100 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, and the associated meter run. There is no chart box in at the meter run and gas production is not being recorded at this location. There is a domestic tap on the sales line equipped with a house meter and drip bottle charged at 22.5psi. The required ID is posted on the tank. No violations. |
