1453997285 2016-01-28 Temporary Abandoned Annular Disposal No Violations I inspected this wellhead for the use of annular disposal. My inspection found the 8.625 surface casing head exposed with the 4.5 production casing set in slips. The top of the 4.5 casing was equipped with a 4.5, flanged, ball valve. The well was operating with the aid of a 4 plunger lift system. The wellhead was fenced and locked and the proper ID was posted at the wellhead. This well produces to a tank battery to the northwest and shared by the Sea World #5 (PN#23054). The tank battery is fenced, screened, and diked. The battery contains a horizontal separator and drip bottle, one (1) 210 barrel tank, and one (1) 100 barrel tank. The proper IDs for both wells are posted at the tank battery. I found no evidence of annular disposal being used at this time. No violations.
