My inspection found the wellhead equipped with 1.5 tubing and a plunger lift system. The gate valve on the tubing was closed and the flow line valve is currently closed. There is a minor gas leak bubbling from below grade on the west side of the wellhead. I notified Jeff Moore of the issue and he is going to get it fixed by the end of the week. This well produces to a diked tank battery to the south and is shared by the Chvosta #3 (PN#22936) and was shared by the Chvosta #2A (PN#23098) that was plugged and abandoned in 2005. The battery is fenced and locked and contains three (3) 140 barrel tanks, three (3) 70 barrel tanks, and two (2) vertical separators. The meter run for this well is still plumbed to the sales line and the chart has not been changed in some time. The meter run for the #3 is lying on the ground and out of service. The last production reported for this well was 129MCF in 2015 and 2017 production has yet to be posted. The required ID is posted at the wellhead and at the tank battery. I will check back next week to see if the gas leak at the wellhead has been addressed. |
